Partnering with an oceanfront boutique hotel, guests will enjoy the hard hitting fitness blast along with the amenities of a small resort. With a setting fit for queens, working out will be easy with a backdrop of the ocean and a private beach.
This is the perfect way to shape up, get motivated and have some fun in the sun all at the same time, says Rutigliano.Although Bikini Boot Camp is fitness focused, the retreat is about getting in shape and developing lifelong patterns to stay in shape. Guests should be ready to sweat though, but exercise isn't all that is included in the Retreat. Guests enjoy welcome massages, stress reduction sessions geared at reducing daily stress and of course ultra healthy fare prepared by a sampling of handpicked chefs.
Spa treatments are delivered to the guest's rooms or directly on the beach. All the hard work pays off with a little relaxation.The retreat has a number of reserved rooms that are designer influenced with tropical interiors, soft linens, down comforters and pillows and plush towels. Rooms are single and double occupancy and have double and king beds with private bathrooms. Suites are available with private living areas and small kitchens. A large pool with soft padded lounge chairs as well as a relaxing jacuzzi is on the property surrounded by lush foliage, banana trees and many flowers.
Guests will also enjoy valet parking, two restaurants and live entertainment nightly.
In addition, other activities are available including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, wind surfing, surfing and more. The location is approximately 10 minutes from the Palm Beach International airport and shopping area.
Taxis and vans are available at an additional fee for travel to and from the resort.Six-night stays at the retreat cost $2375 per person for a single room and $1795 per person for a shared room and include all meals and activities, taxes and service fees.
